About Us:
The Youth Transition Alliance of Wyandotte County is our local transition council – comprised of service providers, educators, parents and youth with disabilities – all collectively working towards creating systems and communities that are accessible, supporting youth and young adults with disabilities in their transition towards adulthood and independence, to organize events that help spread the word about services, engage youth with disabiliteis and find meaningful pathways towards higher education, training, skill-building and employment.
Our montly meetings are held both virtually and in-person and we welcome community members, disability service providers, parents, youth and other stakeholders to join us!
