Lawrence-Douglas County Public Health is surveying the community and YOUR voice matters!
Douglas County residents 18 and older are encouraged to complete this survey with the goal of understanding the willingness of adults in the community to receive an FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine once it’s available and perceptions surrounding this issue.
