(add other ingredients as you like depending on how brave you feel)
Peel and chop into small chunks and boil potatoes until soft. Leave 4 cups
of water for the broth. Add seasonings.
Stir fry garlic and onion together.
Use blender or food processor adding 1 part potato to 3 parts water. Blend
until creamy smooth. Continue until all the broth and potato has been mixed.
Place soup into large pot and heat on low until ready to serve.
