    8 oz strong coffee (cold)
    2-3 oz coffee liqueur
    1 pkg lady fingers
1 pkg "sugar free" instant chocolate pudding (or regular)
    2 cups soymilk (or regular)
    1/2 pt heavy cream
    8 oz cream cheese

Mix together eight ounces of strong coffee,1 1/2 ounces of coffee liqueur. Pour half the liquid into the bottom of an 8 1/2 X 11 baking dish. Add a layer of lady fingers (imported cookie-like are the best).

Mix "sugar-free" instant chocolate pudding with 2 of cups of soymilk, then pour over ladyfinger layer. Add another layer of ladyfingers. Drizzle remaining coffee mixture over ladyfingers (or pre-soak them).

In a mixing bowl add 1/2 pint of cream and 1 1/2 ounces of coffee liquor. Beat until soft peaks form. Add 8 ounces of cream cheese (room temperature or topping will be lumpy, yet tasty) and beat.

Add topping and refrigerate at least four hours before serving.
