Roger Williams Award

WyLma Mortell

The Roger B. Williams Community Access Award was presented to Wylma Mortell, in recognition of her advocacy that positively impacted the state’s Home and Community Based Services program, and the many years of service she has given to people who are homeless in this community at the LINK Interdenominational Nutrition Kitchen and Jubilee Café. Wylma also currently serves on the LINK board of directors.
