PubMed
PubMed is maintained by the National Library of Medicine. It allows users to search through a computerized database of more then nine million research articles for free. By using non-technical questions asked by the users the database narrows the search so that when someone finds a citation that seem relevant they ask PubMed to show related articles. They are then provided with a list of several useful articles and brief summaries of each article. With the list of articles a person can go to their local library and check the
articles out themselves, thus answering questions they may have on when to seek medical care.
