Finding it, however, isn't always so easy. Disability Resources, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that monitors, reviews, and reports on these resources every day. Disability Resources, Inc. is a national, nonprofit organization, based on Long Island, New York, which has provided information about resources for independent living since the inception of its award-winning print newsletter, Disability Resources monthly, in 1993. The organization developed this web site in 1997 to help people quickly locate high quality Internet resources online.
