Justin Dart, Jr., arguably one of the greatest leaders of the Disability Rights movement passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2002.

Tirelessly, Justin Dart and his wife Yoshiko, have provided nation-wide, if not worldwide, inspirational leadership for the "Revolution of Empowerment".
